Outdoor Heating Equipment and Pipework in Coalisland

Outdoor Heating Work in Coalisland
We were working on an outdoor heating installation at a property in Coalisland, where the equipment sits beside a timber outbuilding. Outdoor jobs bring a different set of challenges to indoor plumbing: you need to think about the available space, where the pipes will run and how exposed components will be protected.
Planning the Position of the Equipment
The grey unit shown in the photographs is positioned on a firm base next to the building, with pipework running towards the structure. The surrounding garden layout matters here. There has to be enough room to work around the unit, keep the route of the connections sensible and avoid making the area difficult to use.
We also made space for the work itself. One of the photographs shows the temporary work area and tools set out near the installation, which gives a more realistic picture of what goes into a job like this than a single finished-product shot.
The Pipework Makes the Difference
With outdoor plumbing and heating equipment, the connecting pipework is just as important as the main unit. The route into the building, the supporting fittings and the exposure to cold weather all need to be considered as part of the overall installation. It's not a case of simply putting a unit in the garden and walking away.
