Fireplace Transformation and Heating Upgrade Recently Completed

Another fantastic home improvement project recently completed, with a new Stanley Reginald stove installed alongside several heating and smart home upgrades, all designed to make this property warm, comfortable and ready for the colder months.

The work involved removing the existing fireplace and studding out the surrounding area to create a new space to house the Stanley Reginald stove. The result is a fresh, modern fireplace setup that provides a welcoming focal point for the room while bringing the traditional comfort of a real stove into the home.

A stove can completely transform a living space, particularly during the winter months. There's nothing quite like coming home to a warm, cosy room when the temperatures start to drop outside.

Alongside the fireplace transformation, we also installed GU10 Tapo colour-selectable smart bulbs with voice control. These allow the homeowners to change the lighting colours and create different atmospheres throughout the room, whether they're relaxing in the evening, entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet night beside the stove.

Hive smart heating controls were also fitted, giving the homeowners greater control over their heating system. With Hive, heating schedules and temperatures can be managed conveniently, helping to keep the property comfortable without having to constantly adjust the heating manually.

Another important part of this project was the installation of a 250-litre Maxi Pod hot water cylinder, complete with a selectable dump zone. This provides additional flexibility in how the system manages and distributes heat, helping the household make practical use of its heating setup.

Bringing all these improvements together creates a home that's not just warmer, but also more convenient and enjoyable to live in.

From the new Stanley stove and redesigned fireplace to the smart lighting, Hive controls and hot water system, this project combines traditional home comforts with modern heating technology.

We carry out a wide range of heating, plumbing and installation work, helping homeowners upgrade their properties with practical solutions suited to their needs.

With a beautiful new stove ready for those cold winter evenings, smart lighting to set the perfect festive atmosphere and upgraded heating controls, everything is coming together just in time for the Christmas season.
