Boiler Upgrade & Hive Heating Controls Installed in Donaghmore

Another heating system upgrade recently completed by BMK Plumbing & Heating at a property in Donaghmore, County Tyrone.

As well as upgrading the existing boiler, the homeowner wanted greater control over their heating system, with the ability to operate the central heating and domestic hot water independently.

We modified the heating system to provide separate controls for heating and hot water, allowing the homeowner to use each when needed rather than running both together.

To complete the upgrade, we installed wireless Hive smart heating controls, giving the homeowner convenient control directly from their smartphone.

Work completed:

Boiler upgrade

Heating system modified for independent heating and hot water control

Wireless Hive smart heating controls installed

Smartphone control for heating and hot water

Flexible heating schedules and temperature adjustments

The result is a more convenient, modern heating setup, giving the homeowner greater flexibility over when their heating and hot water are running, with the potential to reduce unnecessary energy use.
